Recalling what you’ve read and learned about effective presentations, you can choose any of the memos or letters you’ve written and deliver the message as a brief speech (1-2 mins).

You are required to dress professionally and incorporate effective physical and vocal delivery. Even though the speech is presented virtually, please approach this assignment with the same standard as a formal presentation. This means you must be standing and the top half of your body (including head, neck and torso) should be clearly visible. You CANNOT read from your memo/letter. You may use one index card with notes. Use appropriate pauses, raise or lower inflection for emphasis, and be mindful of other nonverbal cues.
